Had a hearing loss, and needed to get it taken care of. Jessica F. at Miracle Ear has been such a great help. She was able to get the right model, and spent the time to explain caring for the hearing aid. Something that never crossed my mind. With an investment like this it's good to know they are in town and willing to help. Never would I ever get this service at a big time retailer. I want to say hearing is going strong and the joy I get from hearing my grand kids is beyond words.
