The people are very nice and they are also great to do business with
Horrible experience with them repeatedly harassing my widowed mother over the phone asking for my dad to get a hearing test. They refuse to take his name off the calling list and each call is a reminder of our tragic loss which they care nothing about.
Joel Connaughton in West Sringfield is absolutely amazing. He is always patient and kind to my 89 year old mother. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
I had a hearing test on 03/20/2024 . I definitely need hearing aids . I returned on 03/28/2024 . Hearing aids were explained and adjusted . Very friendly staff and specialist . Thanks Joel for your expertise .
I am 83 years old. I had some problems with my hearing aids. Many services do not take my insurance in the area where I live. I had to adjust my hearing aid immediately. Mr. Joel Connaughton was great. Not only did he help me to adjust my hearing aids, but he also explained everything. He gave us a lot of his time and did not once made us feel unwelcomed.
