Have my mother staying with me for about a month. Needed a fix on her hearing aids. She is a miracle ear customer up north but cannot say enough. good things about Nancy who just went out of her way to help my mom here locally in Naples. My mother‘s hearing loss is profound and the work that Nancy and the other people at miracle ear do is life-changing. Hearing loss is such a debilitating disease Thank you for all you do to make people’s lives better every day.

We have dealt with Miracle ear for about 20 years. We have never had any complaints with them. The now representative, Sarah, at the office in the Public Plaza off 41 is always ready to help at any time and even takes the time when she is extremely busy. We have referred several (now customers) to this office.
Justin is great. Has so much patience. Took his time with me. Since I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed, it was much appreciated. I can now hear everything my wife tells me (that turns out to be the downside of great new hearing aids!).
