Left hearing aid went out. Tech cleaned and audiollgist helped them to sync properly. Helpful service!
Not good. Was told that test was free and I don’t have to buy from there. Got there and after test he told me my hearing was severely bad and I was at risk of getting dementia and Alzheimer’s. And then high pressure to buy their hearing aids and I could not take hearing test with me. I told him I was told on the phone that I could. He said it would cost me 100 dollars to get a copy of my hearing test. And the call center is in a different state and didn’t know better. And have a nice day!
