I have only had bad experiences with this office of Miracle-Ear. The secretary is very incompetent and passive-aggressive.. I had difficulty making an appt online, so I went there in person in early August for an appt today, September 10, 2024 at 10;00am. The very same secretary who made the appt told me I was "not on the books" for today, despite an email confirmation and her hand-written appt card.
