Matt and Vickie are top drawer customer service and a team to resolve all your concerns. Matt is very crafty and eager to overcome any obstacles to get you back on your way. I highly recommend them. Vickie has been the cornerstone for this Miracle Ear Office for as long as I’ve been a customer.
I have only had bad experiences with this office of Miracle-Ear. The secretary is very incompetent and passive-aggressive.. I had difficulty making an appt online, so I went there in person in early August for an appt today, September 10, 2024 at 10;00am. The very same secretary who made the appt told me I was "not on the books" for today, despite an email confirmation and her hand-written appt card.
