Betty, the hearing aid specialist is very good and wants to make sure that the aids are working properly. She takes the time to listen and trouble shoot. Never makes you feel that she is in a hurry. I would highly recommend this location.
I am very pleased with Miracle Ear, and the quality of the hearing aids. Betty, my hearing aid specialist is exceptional. The hearing aid warranty is very good, and the continuing follow up care you receive is excellent.
Morgan greeted me with a warm smile and was very helpful and friendly. Drew came out with no waiting also with a warm smile. He was so thorough, gave my hearing aids a good cleaning and adjusted them. He taught me how to use the app and a better way to put in my hearing aids and also renewed my insurance. They both made me feel so welcome and I learned so much. I'm so glad I came in today! Morgan also gave me a much-needed case.Thank you!
