Have recently moved to this office as I was not happy with the one by Vancouver Mall. I am so glad I did !! These lady's are awesome, from the reception desk to Krisana. They are caring and friendly, I felt like they really listened to me & were concerned. Krisanais very professional and was concerned about what my issues were. She went beyond what prior care I had received. Made a lot of changes and adjustments to my hearing aid. By the time I walked out of the office I could actually hear clearly !
