My senior lady comes here to get her hearing aids. She leaves completely satisfied each time. Rebecca H. goes above and beyond. She is so professional and anticipates the patients needs and questions. I've seen Rebecca give the test and am quite impressed with how she gets the sounds right and the fit of the device.
My husband, Harold Wasserman, has tried many different hearing aids over the past few years and none of them have worked until Miracle Ear. The quality of the hearing aid and the total professionalism of the people in the center is beyond great. I'm thrilled because now he can actually hear me, thank you so much for every thing.
Jim Wilkes was so kind as to work me in on the spur of a moment to replace the domes on my hearing aids, when one of them broke off. I need to have working hearing aids for my job and am so grateful for his kind understanding and support with working me in. So glad!
