Frank and Michael are wonderful! They are helpful and caring. Michael gave me a thorough hearing exam requested by my ENT. I lost the tiny stone from my necklace in the parking lot before one appointment and Frank even went out and found it for me. So kind! Anytime I have an issue, they are right there for me. I came in today because there was static in one of my hearing aids and within 3 minutes Frank fixed it. Thanks!
Michael is great for explaining all of the needed information that I need to make a good decision for my hearing health. I would recommend Miracle Ear Ventura (and Frank and Mike) for everyone!
