Kelly at Miracle-Ear in Pleasant Hill CA, was exceptional at explaining things over the phone, and we immediately wanted her to assist us moving forward to obtaining hearing aids. She was exceedingly professional and helpful in person as well, and taught us a lot about purchasing hearing aids. Sasha & Rob
I wish it were easier to get inside to speak to a support person, and to do so without an appointment. But then again, the reason why they are difficult to get access to and require an appointment is because from my experience they tend to be very conscientious about making sure the hearing aids are working. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to this location. But again, plan ahead to try to schedule an appointment time in advance that is desirable.
Nita, from the location in Pleasant Hill, gave me the best experience for my first hearing test. I was nervous but she really comforted me throughout the process. She was patient and very understanding. 10/10 for her and this location in Pleasant Hill.
When I got my latest set of hearing aids from my hearing professional, Nita, I was blown away. The sound quality is unbelievable especially in restaurants where I was struggling with my old hearing aids. Nita is delightful to work with and really knows her stuff.
I have always received great care and service at Miracle-Ear.
