I made an appointment online a few weeks ago. Provided both my primary insurance info and secondary insurance info in the notes section when I scheduled. Got a call to confirm my insurance info and when the day of appointment arrived, they still can’t tell me the needed information if they take my secondary are in network with them and bill them, yet when I had spoken on the phone with them they clearly had told me they took the secondary and would bill them.
