Couldn’t hear anything NOW I hear everything !!!!
My hearing issues have been addressed by Dan Rice for a year. His efforts to improve my hearing have been excellent. His recommendation for a tool to improve my hearing has worked to near perfection. Any issue with the hearing device is quickly and completely corrected. Dan and Nancy are friendly, caring and professional in all of their dealings with me. I worked for this company in 2006. The training was fast and furious. We were taught how to do the hearing test and how to sell. Your hearing specialist is not a specialist, that person is a salesperson. There was no training on adjusting the hearing aids. The training for adjusting the hearing aids and troubleshooting was on a learn as you go basis .Do yourself a favor and stay far far away.
