If it would not have been for the efficiency of Darlene Morris, my wife and I would never have known, after all this time, from 3/28/2023 until now, that their is an app to adjust my hearing aids. This was never mentioned before, during the initial visit nor any follow-up appointments until my appointment with Darlene last week July 2026. Having the app makes using my hearing aids so much easier. Thank you Darlene
