Deceitful advertising. When they send their advertisements they do NOT put any identifying information on the outside of the envelope, it almost appears to be a wedding invitation or other personal letter. Evidently, the believe that EVERYONE must be deaf and in need of their service. Yes, I opened their envelope, at which point I was enraged for being deceived. These people are deceptive and seem intent on getting customers any way that they can short of threats. The latest advertisement has "Time Sensitive" all over the front and back of the "offer". It also has "Extended Notice" in big red letters, obviously intended to further deceive. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE don't do business with anyone who will go to that extreme just to get people to call for an appointment. There are plenty of hearing aid companies that are far less deceitful.
