Great service from everyone especially Spencer
I am a musician. Precise and accurate hearing aids are essential to my work. My hearing aids were set up perfectly. I had no complaints. Nevertheless, when the time came for my annual hearing test, the new technician at my local Miracle Ear made changes to the programming that I didn't ask for, didn't need, and didn't want - and when all was said and done, I was left with a pair of very expensive hearing aids that were completely useless in everyday use, not to mention in the recording studio. I've been well pleased with the service I've received from Miracle Ear here in Eugene. This was my first dealings with hearing aids. Spencer has been very understanding and helpful to an old woman from Texas that can't always remember the day of the week . My first aids were the kind with the thing behind your ear and you had to change batteries. Today I'm getting new one that go inside the ear and charg when I put them in their case at nite.
