Website says they would take walk-ins, but they don’t bad business
They did a great job on making my hearing aids work better, very polite people.
My hearing aid was not holding a charge. I scheduled an appointment with Chris Burnell and he had the problem fixed in a very reasonable amount of time. Chris is an extremely knowledgeable representative and I would recommend him for all your hearing aid needs.
New guy has no customer service. Have been going here for 15 years. No more they are the highest price hearing aids on the market but generally with the customer service they are worth it. I will go elsewhere and have no were to go but up on customer service
