Scheduling was easy, appointment was on time and their office looked nice. Scarlette performed a very thorough hearing evaluation. She spent a lot of time explaining well and detailed every question I was asking. She programmed a pair of new state-of-the-art hearing aids for me to try for a week. All this for free!
