The Center is good. The local customer service which has to go through a national screening appointment desk is terrible. I called at 9 a.m. The natl’ desk called the local office. No answer. I asked to leave a message. Natl’ desk called back and got local message service. I left a message. Three hrs later I had not heard back. Went through the process again. Terrible service. The test may be free. But, to buy actual hearing aides is expensive. Buyer beware.
