I received a promotional card in the mail, to try out the newest, & best hearing aid that had hit the market. I was sent a $50 OFF certificicate, well that didn't work. The pamplet or promotional card showed in the ear hearing aids. They did their hearing test, & brought out these hearing aids with wire that wraps in the ear, & a thing that goes on the outside of the ear. The certificate that I presented was not honored, in fact I had to pay $600.00 down, finance the rest, the rest was a lot, too much. I wish I had been alon... read more
I recently came in for a family member and was not even acknowledged when I came in from the receptionist. Not sure if this is how their business is ran but totally rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend sending your loved ones to this establishment
