I was traveling from out of town and forgot my sister’s hearing aid case. She is special needs. While Hearing Aid stores and offices were closed because it was a Saturday, I found Miracle Ear in Louisville that was open for appointments only. I had a 9 am appt with Nick today. He was on time. He made me feel very comfortable. He answered all my questions and my sisters questions. Explained everything to us. He was very kind and patient . I would highly recommend Nick and Miracle Ear to everyone
