Absolutely outstanding visit. I have learned.so much about the processes of hearing loss, inner ear anatomy / physiology from Ken. !!! What and how Ken explains the process of hearing lose was AMAZING and extremely helpful . If you are experiencing any loss, don’t put it off. I’m so amazed at his knowledge and I learned thing more clearly.
