I love my new in ear aids. The sound is excellent . The service is polite and very professional.

Ken Kidd was extremely informative, professional and comprehensive. He took the time to explain the anatomy of the ear and the hearing process as well as the implications possible of not addressing a hearing loss in a timely manner. What was most impressive was that rather than pressuring me to purchase a hearing aid, he did the opposite. Although the test results indicated that I had a mild hearing loss, it was not enough to justify the cost at this time. That type of candor is seldom seen elsewhere.
Ken did a great job with my elderly mother. He gave a very thorough exam and then was very patient explaining how to use them after. The follow up care has been impressive as well.
We have been very pleased. As his wife of 62 years I'm so relieved I'm able to converse with him without shouting. Life will be so much easier.
