Ken and Rebecca helped me upgrade my hearing aids with no up-selling pressure. Instead, Ken showed me all my options and I felt his goal was to help my hearing, and not merely to sell me hearing aids. I suffer from severe tinnitus and high frequency loss, though I am a musician. Because of Ken Kidd, I continue to choose Miracle Ear, and have such a better hearing quality of life.
Terry and I are very pleased with our hearing aids. Ken and Rebecca are the very best. Ken explains everything thoroughly so you know exactly how to use and clean the hearing aids. If you have a question, he answers it and also gives you an example of what he's talking about. If you don't understand, he explains your question with an answer that you do understand.
