I have had nothing but trouble from Miracle Ear this time around. I used insurance as it covers $2500 but had to pay full price upfront. Insurance has processed the $2500 45 days ago. They claim they don’t have it every time I followup. I want my refund! When using insurance they have to get medical clearance. They claim they sent it to each of my doctors but they never received their fax even after verifying the information.
