We purchased a pair of hearing aids last June, almost 1 year ago. We purchased insurance and they take out premium monthly from our checking account. We made a claim on February 1st, 2024 because one was missing. To date, May 29, we have not heard back from Miracle Ear, Toni Ristonski. We have called and was told he’d call us back. No return calls. We call and get the central appointment desk and they looked up our account and said they could not find that a claim was made. They would have Toni call me. Again, no calls. My 24 year old daughter was experiencing some trouble hearing for awhile due to heavy and loud machines at work. She researched reviews for hearing centers/ clinics and decided on Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid on 12 mile in Roseville. The location is convenient and easy to find with adequate parking.
