I can't say enough about Yvonne and my Miracle Ear hearing aids. I have been wearing hearing aids about 10 years, at my last check in I told Yvonne about some issues I was having and asked about new technology. Yes! Miracle Ear had a new hearing aid that improves clarity as well as other features. Yvonne had me take a pair home to rest out. I am sold! Getting mine this week. I can't say enough about Yvonne. she has gone above and beyond in helping us with any problem that comes up. Including coming to our house to pick up non-working aids, getting them repaired and bringing the back as we are now both in wheelchairs. Her knowledge and understanding are top notch. I always have a very good experience at Miracle-Ear. My Hearing aids have made a positive change in my life especially while interacting with individuals at home at work and at church. Yvonne is very accommodating when having to make an adjustment in my hearing aids. Life is better with Miracle-Ear hearing aids!
