We came in from out of State ... Ohio due to needing filters that we for got. They instantly said... no problem we will just swap them out and clean up for you... They did not charge us!! Great Friendly Customer Service!!!! Thank You!!!
Zero Stars - Terrible service. My Hearing Aid Charger died. Bristol was closed when I tried to get a charger from another Miracle Ear Jonathan stepped in and said I have to come to his Bristol office with an appointment. None of the other Miracle Ear centers needed an appointment to get a new charger. Jonathan would not talk to me. I now have to go to work and not hear anyone until I can get into Jonathan. HORRIBLE SERVICE BY BRISTOL AND JONATHAN.
Got us in at the last minute. Thanks!
