The guy (forgot his name) was pretty chill. He was surprised to see someone so young coming in for a hearing test but he understood my situation. He was very helpful and explained how things worked,I was enjoying his lectures about the inner working of ears. He really knows his craft and I was glad to have had him explain everything to me, unfortunately my condition is very severe so we couldn’t do anything but he suggested some resources that would be a great help. We came in from out of State ... Ohio due to needing filters that we for got. They instantly said... no problem we will just swap them out and clean up for you... They did not charge us!! Great Friendly Customer Service!!!! Thank You!!!
Zero Stars - Terrible service. My Hearing Aid Charger died. Bristol was closed when I tried to get a charger from another Miracle Ear Jonathan stepped in and said I have to come to his Bristol office with an appointment. None of the other Miracle Ear centers needed an appointment to get a new charger. Jonathan would not talk to me. I now have to go to work and not hear anyone until I can get into Jonathan. HORRIBLE SERVICE BY BRISTOL AND JONATHAN.
