Christian has been wonderful helping my husband get his loss of hearing managed. We tried OTC aids but there was no support and they just didn’t fit his needs. We have been very, very pleased and the follow up services are great. I wish we had gone to this Miracle Ear before.
The guy (forgot his name) was pretty chill. He was surprised to see someone so young coming in for a hearing test but he understood my situation. He was very helpful and explained how things worked,I was enjoying his lectures about the inner working of ears. He really knows his craft and I was glad to have had him explain everything to me, unfortunately my condition is very severe so we couldn’t do anything but he suggested some resources that would be a great help. Great explanation on what was going on as well as his recommendation for an ENT Dr. These people are polite, professional, and very helpful. I 100% recommend them!
We came in from out of State ... Ohio due to needing filters that we for got. They instantly said... no problem we will just swap them out and clean up for you... They did not charge us!! Great Friendly Customer Service!!!! Thank You!!!
