Hearing aid technology & understanding the difference between over the counter vs prescription aids can be daunting to understand & navigate. Tyler B was masterful in his administration of my hearing test, his explanation of my results… while at the same time preparing me for what my future will be with aids. Very disappointed with Miracle Ear. I asked several times about if they took our insurance and they just kept saying looking into it. Once he got through his presentation he said that our insurance did not cover hearing aids for my husband. I was surprised that they covered nothing. I trusted them and moved on with them checking his ears. The doctor said they looked good. We felt pressured and rushed to making a decision.
