They work well but are over priced
I was in for an exam. My hearing is good so at this time I will not need a hearing aid. I am disappointed with the service though. I was promised a $20 gift card and have not received it. I called and they said their printer is down and they can't send me my gift card. They could have bought some gift cards and had them available at their store. The woman, Pamela, was very rude and said she will send me my gift card when their printer is not down. If they can't handle simple gift cards, how will they handle hearing aids? Avo... read more
