They answer all my questions, I never feel rushed, appointment is always on time. Anita is a super receptionist. Always smiling!
Anita and Ross were so wonderful to work with. We were able to get my Dad a new hearing aid and the result has been fantastic. My dad is in a nursing home and the difference the hearing aid has made is almost magical. Dad is socializing with the other patients and employees. His spirits have been lifted and it's all because he can hear other people and his surroundings. He is communicating with other people and so much happier. Ross goes out if his way to take care of my mom’s hearing needs.We live in Westlake but followed him from Avon to Middleburg Heights because of his expertise. Anita is wonderful and helps us with scheduling. I highly recommend Miracle Hear in Middleburg Heights.
