My visit to Miracle‑Ear was excellent from start to finish. Shae greeted me with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming atmosphere right from the start. Pamela provided a thorough, knowledgeable walkthrough of how hearing aids work and answered every question with patience and expertise. Their experience and integrity really show. Convenient parking as well. Highly recommended.
5.18.26 update: Ultimately worked with Mason, the Hearing Instrument Specialist. He was professional and helpful, so I am increasing my rating to reflect that. I work at another healthcare organization and am trying to coordinate care for a mutual patient. The person whom I tried to work with was unhelpful and truthfully rude. What a shame. Certainly will be dissuading anyone I know whom was considering care from here.

Much better hearing, component employees
Buddy was so helpful and intuitive about Lloyd's hearing loss. Lloyd is overjoyed that he can hear clearly again. Buddy and Shanna were so attentive and compassionate to Lloyd's needs. Amazing team and would recommend them highly to any and everyone looking to regain their hearing!!
