My only comment regarding this experience is simply "Wow!" The moment I entered the premises and walked through the door, I was met with an overwhelmingly positive atmosphere. Emily was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, providing a great deal of detailed information about the various hearing aids available and outlining the distinctions between the different types they offered, specifically in relation to my grandfather, who has been experiencing difficulties with his hearing. Just finished my ear exam , office is very professional and friendly!
Mr Garza and his receptionist, Emily, were extremely kind and knowledgeable. He explained normal hearing and hearing loss with graphic material, in a way I could easily understand. He did a thorough hearing screening and then discussed the results in detail. The screening was free and the end result was I do not need hearing aids at this time.
