Went in for a hearing test and was treated with smiles and southern hospitality from the receptionist Jessica to the Dr. Kimmie, these ladies made our visit something special. My wife and I ended up buying and switching from our insurance to miracle ear and I hear like I am a 19 year old again. We have gone through a few at this location but this combo is the best y’all have had. They are sunshine on a rainy day for sure. Thank you to these kind ladies. Best wishes Sam.
unprofessional, I had appointment, but that was a Cluster(YOU KNOW WHAT), and then when I return Two(2) hours later, I was told no one was there to serve customer? I waited a whole day playing games with this dysfunctional operation,, I will not recommend anyone in my circle of family and friends to be treated this way j. thomas Gretna Louisiana
