Awesome service! We were traveling through Charleston and I needed service for a device that wasn't working. I happen to choose this store and am SO glad I did. Conran and Ansley could not have been more helpful. Conran went above and beyond and not only did a full service to me devices but corrected the fit so they are more comfortable and made adjustments that my local store had missed. I have had my hearing aids from miracle Ear for years and I am so pleased with the service and the attention to detail Ansley and Conran always provide* the service is unlike anywhere else and I suggest anyone with hearing difficulties go check them out!
I had to get hearing aids a little over a year ago, I was greeted by Ansley who offered me a drink before giving me an iPad questionnaire. Once I was done, I was taken back to a room where I met another very kind man Conrann who explained what was going to happen, we also discussed how my hearing was now. We did the test and as I expected I needed hearing aids. He showed me all of my options and explained the pros and cons of each. I took his advice and my hearing is so much better! Thank you
What a wonderful bunch of people! My 94 year old Dad was visiting from California. On our trip to Charleston he forgot his charger for his hearing aids. We called and spoke to Conran. He understood our problem and advised us to stop in. They were busy, but took time out to help us. Ansley was so sweet and kind. She let my Dad borrow a charger for the 3 days we were in Charleston! They could not have been any nicer! Thank you so much! You guys saved us!
