Lisa Dunlow worked with me very carefully adjusting the volume of my hearing aids. She did this patiently on two visits until the volume was perfect. She taught me how to use the TV Stream and I am extremely happy now when listening to my TV with the TV Stream. When I asked, she got me a Miracle Ear cleaning device and additional fluid.
