Audiologist was very helpful. I purchased MEENERGY rechargeable hearing aids from Miracle Ear in 2021. I never liked the way they hooked around the backs of my ears. They didn't seem secure. Recently I lost one probably when removing an outer garment that may have snagged on the piece that hooked around my ear. I am now purchasing a new set which will not hook around my ears. Great experience! Teresa was thorough and professional and ended up needing to refer me to an ENT for further evaluation. When I'm ready for hearing aids I'll definitely return to see Teresa for them.
