Ella, the Hearing Aid Specialist, was very professional, knowledgeable and explained my options clearly. I was expecting a hard sell but she only wanted that which was best for my hearing. Turns out I don’t yet need a hearing aid but will in the future and I am definitely going to use this facility in the future as my hearing worsens. Exceptional.
