Very happy with my appointment, the testing and great information that lead to a resolution of my hearing issues.
I was given a lot of information regarding my need to upgrade my hearing aid. I was treated with respect and understanding regarding my personal situation and the price of upgrading. I had an opportunity to try a new aid and see the difference. I have been going to this Miracle Ear location for over 3 years and Jim has always been informative and helpful when I've had questions about my aid. I am confident that I can rely on him to explain everything to me about my hearing health and how to minimize my loss going forward.
Mr. James Howard is the cream of the crop! He provided us with an excellent education in how we hear and when and how customized hearing aides work! He has an excellent bedside manner and was a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend seeing him at Miracle Ear in North Providence. Tony and Deb
