I got my hearing aids 3 years ago. It has been a life changing experience. Jamie walked me through the testing and selecting of the hearing aids. She is extremely helpful and nice to work with. They are very helpful whenever an issue arises. I have had nothing but great care from them.
NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH!!! Booked an appointment online and was planning to take my father in to get seen and "Veronica" from the Miamisburg, OH store location called a day before to get a bunch of information about my father. I informed her it wasn't a good time and we would come in early and she got rude and snappy and said she needed the info NOW! So, I cancelled the appointment and she said fine and hung up on me. WARNING: DO NOT DO BUSINESs WITH!!!
I’ve been seeing Jamie for many years. She’s been so helpful with my hearing needs. Her kindness and caring is top notch. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would.
First thing is I have to say that I was not particularly interested in wearing hearing aids. All the ones I have ever seen were very noticeable. After the hearing test I was shown the new hearing aids that Miracle-Ear had and they they looked good I was very comfortable. Everybody was fantastic very friendly and very helpful and took time to explain everything that we were doing. I’d give them a zero if possible. Miracle Ear Hearing Aid Center sent an advertisement addressed to someone deceased (my father) who NEVER LIVED in Dayton?! They must be getting their mailing lists from SSA or medicare? This is absolutely inexcusable!
