Raquel is amazing. I took my mom in and she kept repeating beautiful to the hearing she experienced while trying the hearing aids. Raquel is knowledgeable, caring, patient, and sympathetic with her patients. She explains everything clearly. We left knowing things that we did not know about hearing and especially how it relates to the brain. Joann is amazing also. So genuine and sincere with an excellent smile and customer service skills. Would definitely recommend.

Raquel Tellez was so great she explained everything to me so simply so i could understand!! Which made me super greatful!! She didn't rush thru my appt at all and answered every single one of my question no matter the question! Even the reception was super helpful and explained all the paper work I filled out and signed before my appt!
