I have been a patient for quite some time with Miracle Ear and Frank always goes above and beyond whenever I am having difficulty with my hearing aids. The lady at the front desk always gets me in one way or another as soon as possible when I need to. Overall, they care deeply about the needs of their patients and you can tell by how they handle everything!
