Heather is outstanding and helpful. She's a professional problem solver and proves it with answers and resolving quickly. She has a pleasant demour as well as a great sense of wit and humor. She is a solid asset to your store at Miracle Ear in Danbury CT.
Best decision I’ve made in a long time. Didn’t realize just how bad my hearing was. Miracle ear and Heather in particular were great and walked out in less than 2 hours with hearing aids. Easy to out in and take out. Has been onto 3 weeks and feels life changing. Recommend miracle ear highly.
Finally being able to communicate with my mom has been a blessing!! Heather was wonderful and treated us like family, Brianna was so helpful and both made the experience a breeze!
Visiting the area and brought my sister to her appointment staff was welcoming and office was clean and inviting! Heather took her time and didn’t just rush her in and out like past experiences, also took the time to answer questions that I had regarding my own hearing it was a 10/10 visit! Thank you miracle ear
