experience was okay, nice staff and employees, but they are not as affordable as they try to make themselves out to be. I'd say be aware. i wouldn't go here again, and if you ask for a copy of your records, there is an fee of $300. It's what the consultant is requesting. Its got to be illegal....i wanted to like this place. Apparently, they have other bad reviews that are not on google.
I can hear again
Grateful for this clinic, and Mr. Helser for a last minute appointment. Saved me from having to reschedule another appointment and provided a last minute audiogram for me. The test was very informative and comfortable, will he sure to return here with any hearing aid needs. Thank you!
