This is a great Miracle Ear store! The receptionist was so friendly & welcoming! And the woman who administered the heating test was also so friendly and accommodating! Very nice appointment!
I was very impressed with Alex and Jennifer who run the Greece office. Both are very friendly, fun and efficient. It was a great first impression and I love my hearing aids❤️. No problems whatsoever🤗
I had an appointment this morning with Alexandra at the Stoneridge Plaza office. She gave me a hearing test and explained my options. Her explanation of needing a new hearing aid was very complete with no pressure to purchase new one. She is a very valuable employee to your company and keeps her clients very comfortable with any decision they need to make.
