I had an appointment this morning with Alexandra at the Stoneridge Plaza office. She gave me a hearing test and explained my options. Her explanation of needing a new hearing aid was very complete with no pressure to purchase new one. She is a very valuable employee to your company and keeps her clients very comfortable with any decision they need to make.
I was struggling with hearing loss for the couple of years and felt isolated. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly helpful and understanding. The hearing aids they fitted me with are amazing. I can hear conversations clearly, enjoy music again, I couldn't be happier with my experience!"
For me,truthfully, I had had a negative experience at this miracle ear location. I debated leaving this office and switching to the Henrietta location. I am so happy I decided to give it another try! When Alexandra Martin took over this office she upgraded the experience to a full 5 Star! I am so relaxed and confident with her at the helm I tell my friends and family members to go to this office when they know the need for a hearing device has presented!
