Diego and Lindsy of miracle ear volvo parkway branch are so very attentive and helpful, and they solve my long time problem in my heating aid , I'm so happy I found those people ,the best people of miracle ear keep up the goo work
horrible customer service. Refused to tell me if they take medicaid for my 95 year old mother. they want me to drag her to an appointment before they will check insurance. BS zero starts from me. The girl was rude and the loud sigh said it all.
This Miracle Ear is by far, the BEST we have ever been to! I’ve been wearing Miracle Ear hearing aids, purchased first in Michigan, then in Washington, then Florida and then North Carolina for over 20 years and this office is STELLAR!!! The Customer Service and care I’ve received in the short time I’ve been going here is top notch! Randi & Lindsey make a GREAT team! Thank you for doing such phenomenal work!
I am please & impressed with the level of service I received from the moment I walked in the door for my first appointment. Randi & Lindsey are welcoming & friendly. There was no pressure to commit & a wealth of product information provided. Most of my questions were answered before I even had to ask. This was all so new to me & could have been an overwhelming experience but it wasn't! I appreciate their kindness & enthusiasm as they supported me through the entire process.
