Rodney is a thoughtful and kind professional who truly wants to help. My 85-year-old mother-in-law was anxious, even a bit embarrassed with her hearing loss. Rodney calmed her down, informed her, and she left feeling more confident. He is wonderful!!
Waited over an hour for my appointment during which time I didn’t receive an apology or any reasonable update as to how long the wait would actually be. Meanwhile an elderly gentleman opened the door of the room he was waiting in just to let the receptionist know he was still waiting in there, only to be told “I know.” After 65 minutes of waiting, I had to leave for another appointment. Extremely disrespectful of everyone’s time!
I got a coupon for a free mug. When I gave the coupon to the receptionist she informed me that I needed a appointment to receive it. However she couldn't find it on the coupon. I informed her I had a appointment but it wasn't until June. I asked her for a mug that you won't give it to me? Didn't get her name but she was in the front desk.
