Waited over an hour for my appointment during which time I didn’t receive an apology or any reasonable update as to how long the wait would actually be. Meanwhile an elderly gentleman opened the door of the room he was waiting in just to let the receptionist know he was still waiting in there, only to be told “I know.” After 65 minutes of waiting, I had to leave for another appointment. Extremely disrespectful of everyone’s time!
