Rina and her staff are the best. Always friendly and always gets back to me and is helpful when scheduling an appointment since I don’t live here. Always lets me know new products and what would be best for my hearing needs. She is the best and I drive from Reno to come see her. .Thank you Rina.
Highly recommend! Ms. Valia is *extremely* knowledgeable about all things pertaining to hearing, and also very good at explaining the details. My appointment was on time, the test process was thorough, and our discussion of the findings was very helpful. Hearing loss is progressive, and is linked to so many health issues (balance, dementia, depression, etc) -- get your hearing checked on a regular basis, and get hearing aids if you need them!
My experience with the staff at Eartone Hearing Aid Center has been affable and and consistently supportive. Although I’m not happy with the company that sold me the hearing aids, Hear.com, the service provided by the Eartone Center has been a pleasure including easy access to parking and flexible appointments. They fit and service numerous brands so if you live in San Mateo County they’ll make wearing hearing aids a much easier process.
