Having my hearing evaluated at Ear Tone was a very pleasant experience. A warm reception followed by a professionally conducted interview and testing helped me greatly. I thought I had some hearing loss but was pleasantly surprised to find that my hearing is in normal ranges. Thank you to the professional and friendly crew there. Highly recommend.
I was 18 minutes late to the appointment, yet both receptionist and Dr. Rina Valia didn’t mention about my tardiness and willingly welcomed me. After hearing test, Dr. Valia was patient and took time to explain my hearing condition. She then searched on my insurance website to find the most affordable and suitable hearing aids I can have within the allowance. I am now waiting for the result of hearing aids that I will have.
