Great Service!
I feel my last appt was a waste of my time and the person helping me was not pleasant. I arrived early I guess they were all at lunch. No problem. Person that was to help me sat back facing door on her phone. 12:30 my appt time passed by and I was finally asked in. No big deal. I felt person was kind of rude. Why am I there? I didn’t know, they wanted the appt. I explained my hearing aid was crackly and didn’t feel it was doing much. She didn’t respond. Took my hearing aid.
