I can’t even explain the amazing care we have always received from Michael, Macayla, and Victoria. They have always gone above and beyond, but today, this wonderful care was outdone by Patty! My mother’s hearing aid mold had gotten lost at her nursing home and we ordered a new one. It came in today and I was out of town for another week. Patty went out of her way to drive 25 minutes to my mother’s facility to put the mold on the hearing aid. When she got there, it did not fit.
