I cannot express enough how much I appreciated the honest feedback and information that I received from Robert today at Miracle Ear on N Highland in Bethel Park. He is very personable and knowledgeable in his field. Suggested I get a second opinion before proceeding with fitting me for a hearing I may not need. He was completely committed to helping me and it can't be understated in today's environment. This is someone with high ethics and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone in need of his services.

I have been going to this Miracle Ear Center for over a year and the service is outstanding. Not only do they give me a heads-up call the day before my appointments, but they are very lovely about me just dropping in if I am having a problem. I have never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen, and I have been in and out within 20 minutes of my appointments. This does not mean hurried service, but very knowledgeable and efficient staff. I highly recommend this business.

Love my hearing aids they work really well. The store is very accommodating with my schedules. A great experience.
