Had evaluation 2 months ago. Been trying for weeks to contact them and obtain paperwork from them but unsuccessful because they won't return calls or messages. Went by office on Friday but they were closed. Door sign says open Monday thru Friday. Called and got answering service who said closed on Fridays. Frustrated because on deadline to obtain paperwork. Not good business!
