My mom is a senior with hearing aids purchased from Miracle Ear. The customer service is terrible now that Amet is gone. The office has a high turnover rate for receptionists. The last appointment a few weeks ago was to pick up her device that had been repaired. After sitting unattended in the waiting area for 10min she was then called by the wrong name. The receptionist handed her the device in her hand and told her to charge it when she got home. Very disappointing and unprofessional!

Internet said this office was open but when we arrived note on door said they were closed for lunch 12-12:30, we were there at 11:45. Guess they were taking an long early lunch. Wasted tripto this location.

I didn't have a appointment, but was stopping in to get some information. The receptionist greeted me, I told her why I was there and that I was having an on-going issue with one of my hearing aids. She took care of me right then and there. I really appreciate her doing that. Unfortunately, I did not get her name. That was true customer service at its finest! Thank you!
