Great customer service and convenience!
I brought in hearing aids for my mother-in-law. One of the two hearing aids wasn’t working. Dee greeted me Immediately when I came in. She was cheerful and helpful. Even though I don’t know anything about hearing aids, she explained it to me in a very informative and helpful way. Dee did a quick visual Inspection of the hearing aid and felt like she had a pretty good idea of what was wrong with it. I left the hearing aid. Miracle-Ear has been a miracle to us.. my husband was blessed to get free hearing aids from miracle foundation. It meant the world to us since we’ve been going through a hardship and him today wearing the hearing aids. He already feel so much better thank you to the office, young lady Denise, and to the amazing doctor that took the time patiently helping my husband with his new device I definitely would recommend this place always take time to fill out paperwork when needed. It is worth it.
Super nice people
I am impressed with Matt Bourassa and his knowledge politeness and professionalism and the fact he remembered I go by Dave. He and Kent did an outstanding job of taking care of me. Even though he knew I was 100% VA and probably wasn’t a good candidate he still took the time to go over all the tests and details with me. In the end we found a way through my work insurance and now I have the latest and greatest technology and the backing of a great team at Miracle Ear in Sun City.
