We are visiting from out-of-state and my father forgot to pack the charger for his hearing aids. Hallie went out of her way to find a charger to loan us for a few days. It's so nice to be in a network of caring people. Thank you, Hallie. You're a lifesaver!

Ever since Joann left, this is not worth 5 stars any longer. My last appointment was scheduled at 1 pm. I sat there for 1/2 hour before gal at front desk said she could take my hearing aids in to be cleaned. Mind you she was at the front desk the entire time I was there. She then brought my hearing aids out to me and said she would schedule my next appt and then I was good to go. I never was seen by anyone else and I was never asked if I was having any problems with the hearing aids or had any questions. Very poor service in... read more
Very impressed with the service here- my mom was here from out of town and had a hearing aid issue-they saw her the same day despite not being a client of theirs, sorted her problem and gave her advice for what to do next time.
