Desireé at the East Phoenix branch has been taking care of of my mom for several years now. She really takes her time with her clients, is personable and professional.
Fantastic service from Desiré and Hallie!
I’ve been going to this ME location for many ears and their service is both professional and caring. Desiree and Hallie have been patient and helpful with the fine-tuning of my hearing aids…would highly recommend!
My initial visit exceeded my expectations. The staff greeted me with a smile and was warm throughout. Carolina was well trained and took time to explain everything I needed to know about the ear and hearing loss. Her professional mannerisms, knowledge and patience clearly stood out during the entire visit. I do plan to return next year for a followup exam.
Had my hearing tested there. Very friendly place. Was very happy with my experience. I highly recommend Miracle Ear!
