I had a slight problem on 2/29 with my right hearing aid - called as was scheduled 2/20 in the morning. When calling, the receptionist asked: "How can I make your day better". Wow!! The long and the short of it, Rodney solved the situation in a few minutes and I was on my way. My only disappointment is that I can't rate them higher than 5 stars. What's with that - should be 15 or better!!!!!!!!

I have always been taken care of by a professional person. When I have needed service or repairs it is done with professional care and by someone who knows me and cares about my hearing.

I am writing this review in reference to your product and the costs involved. I visit the Parrish Ave. Owensboro, KY Office and the staff there are excellent and do a great job. It is just your product that I am extremely displeased with. As far as my hearing aides, the right side started having static several weeks ago and I went in and it was worked, but a week later it started having static so bad I couldn't wear it. I have been seeing Rodney Dutlinger for at least 5 or 6 years. He is very professional and explains what is going to be done. When testing is over he goes over the results. Rodney says I’m not quite ready for hearing aids. But could have said not quite there but would be helpful. But it’s his honesty is why I like him and have recommended him to friends.
